Full priced items can be returned for a refund or 110% store credit.

Non-returnable items:

- No returns will be accepted for items that have been worn/washed or are not in the original condition/packaging with tags. This means neither a refund or store credit will be granted, the item is not available for a return.

- No returns will be accepted for late return requests outside our 14-day return policy. This means neither a refund or store credit will be granted, the item is not available for a return. You must request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit:

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure items are folded & packaged how they were received. When returning a bikini bottom, the protective hygiene strip must be in place.

- You must provide your name & order number inside the parcel for your return to be processed.
