Delilah's World is our rewards program created to thank you for being part of our community. Earn points with every purchase and enjoy exclusive benefits. Points can be redeemed for discounts and rewards can be earned based on the tier status gained.

Create an account on our Delilah's World rewards page to join the club and start earning points.

You can earn points through purchases, product reviews, referrals and following @iamdelilahco on social media channels when clicking through our rewards page. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, a $99.85 purchase earns 99 points.

You will receive order points once your order has been placed and paid for. Points for other actions such as leaving a review, social media actions and referring a friend may occasionally face a short delay of a few minutes.

Your points and tier rewards are redeemable through our rewards dropdown at checkout.

250 points = $10 off
500 points = $20 off
1000 points = $40 off
1500 points = $60 off

Delilah's World discount codes can be used against both full-price and sale items.

You will receive your birthday voucher if you've signed up to Delilah's World rewards programme and you’ve added your date of birth to your account. Your birthday voucher will arrive via email on the date of your birthday. Your birthday voucher amount is dependent on your tier status on the date of your birthday, and is limited to one redemption per year.

Click on our refer a friend banner on our rewards page to begin the referral process. Your friend will receive an email notifying them. Once your friend has placed an order above $200, you will receive your reward points. You are unable to refer yourself in order to receive the refer a friend discount or the rewards points. In instances where this is attempted, discount and points will not be rewarded.

Make sure to make a Delilah's World account on our rewards page, and also sign up to our newsletter to receive early access notifications and links during sale periods.

Your points expire 1 year (365 days) after you receive them. Make sure to use them on time!

Yes, if you return your order the amount of points that equate to the amount returned will be removed from your account.

You can begin earning points on orders you've made after you've made an account for our Delilah's World rewards club.
