To ensure you have a great shopping experience with I AM DEILAH, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a full refund or exchange.
We are unable to accept returns outside of this time frame.
Non-refundable items:
- Sale items (unless faulty).
- Items that have been worn/are not in the original condition/packaging with tags.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- You must request your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items are only eligible for exchange. No refunds will be accepted for sale items.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide your packing slip OR name/order number inside the parcel for your return to be processed.
